Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return request policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Please include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Gift cards or promotional items, if applicable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us at sales@clovebeauty.ae with your order number and photos.
